The email is automatic. It relieves some of the work load i already have. i work 12-16 hours a day at work, so i fit working on the forum in where i can, usually weekends or late nights, or like today, right now.
What are the changes? to the TOS? Please re-read them. There were a few minor changes to them.
What is the pre determined limit? 300 posts. Any user who reachs that limit will be emailed.
The chat room and avatars will be fixed when i get the chance. The best way to fix your avatar is to just reupload it. that is THE FASTEST WAY to fix it.

GETS ON SOAP BOX Remember this is a free site, so work gets done when i can fit it into my time. if we were getting some help with the costs and the like, more could be done. But bill and i are eating the costs right now to keep this up for everyone. im not asking for 10000$ but 5 or 10$ here or there would be very helpful.
if you dont believe me, ask bill, he doesnt pay for me working on this, or his other sites. i could very easily charge him 20-50$ a page to do it, but i dont because i do it because i love the sport of paintball, and judgeing from the amount of hits we have had in the past three years to all the sites, it would appear to me, that you, the users do too. so far to date: 23,308 people have visited all the websites.

As far as the chat room goes, it will more than likely be restricted to users who have made roughly around 30 posts or so. still working it out, but it will be back.
